or the “freaky mayhem” that surely will ensue in The Big Easy this upcoming Halloween weekend let’s not forget the environmental disaster The Gulf sustained this past spring. The Gulf Restoration Network, the official nonprofit partner of the Voodoo Music Experience (annual Halloween music festival in New Orleans) is assisting communities across the Gulf region fight back against the oil spilling disaster.
